We welcome students and their families as early as 8th Grade through Spring of 12th grade. Whether you are seeking our early support as you begin to strategize your high school years… or have just found us the week before applying to college, we welcome you to Varsity Vine. We meet you where you are in the process.

We meet one-on-one at our office in Charleston, South Carolina, and/or online or via phone per your family’s preference.

And, we also meet virtually as a group every day, 24/7, through our private online community. Our Varsity Vine private online community allows you to ask questions, interact with other community members, and become confident in the application and matriculation process. With both individual support and group online guidance, you should always feel supported and cared for in this process, each and every day.

We work with either and both! We work with students and/or their families one-on-one (in person and virtually) any time. But, no matter what level of individual support you are seeking, all Varsity Vine families are provided group support, answers, and encouragement daily through our private, online community setting.

Not at all! Your school counselor is your #1 resource! We offer additional resources and individualized planning to help support and augment their role.

$39/month! No minimum commitments, and you can quit at any time! With your membership, you also receive:

Additional, add-on services, such as essay reviews or mock interviews, have an additional small cost. We call these Birdie Boosts. That way, you only pay for what you need.

No. The first step is becoming a member of our private Varsity Vine online community. Once you are part of the community, which is $39/month and you can cancel at any time, you can then buy Birdie Boosts and use our resources for testing and writing.
